Leave No Trace Train the Trainer

  • USFS Ranger Station Idyllwild, CA (map)

Leave No Trace is our mantra but what exactly does this mean and what’s the best way to promote its principles?

FSVA is offering a comprehensive, two-day, official LNT ‘Train the Trainer’ class FREE! We’re very fortunate that an LNT master-trainer will be coming to Idyllwild and train our volunteers in this important wilderness-promoting program. It’ll be held on Saturday and Sunday, April 7th and 8th, 8:00-4:30 for FSVA volunteers only.

Our president Bob Romano, and our Wilderness and Equestrian Coordinators Rick Wilkerson and Chip Hurn, and the entire FSVA board strongly recommend this class to ALL our volunteers.

To make it ultra-easy to participate, the class is being held at the Idyllwild USFS Ranger Station. Please RSVP to Patti Hudson at nievehudson22@roadrunner.com by March 15th.  There are only 10 slots available so sign up soon!
